Excellent food, service, environment. Best Chinese food in town by far. Friendly staff

Order was wrong, when we phoned the person on the line tried to argue that the order was wright when it clearly wasn't. In my opinion food was plain no flavor at all. I will never ever order from them again.

The food was great better than most in G.P. except the ribs hasd no garlic so they were a little flat and the batter was to thick and was in gobs on them. Other than that it was great your egg rolls are the best.thank you for cooking supper for me new years eve

Great mixture of western and chinese food. Buffet was hot and fresh and service was excellent.

We asked the staff at the jackpot grill to host a party for us. They were friendly, and well organized. The ginger chicken we ordered was cooked to perfection, and the steaks were amazing.

we ordered chinese tonight.
we were not all that impressed. the dry boneless ribs and fortune cookies were probably the best thing we ordered.. the chicken and beef chow meins had seriously 5 little pieces of meat each and were really greasy. the almond chicken was bland and greasy.
the spring rolls were great!!!

The Jackpot Grill is an excellent place to head to when searching for good food in Grande Prairie. Although the exterior of the building it is situated in is nothing spectacular (half of it being the Swan City Bingo Hall previously). The food is superb and the restaurant has a comfortable ambience with remarkably friendly staff that provide great service. The cuisine served is between Western dishes such as their Burgers and Steak Sandwitches...to Oriental Dishes that are on the menu for take-out orders such as their famous Ginger Chicken and Fried Rice. Whenever visting Grande Prarie I recommend that they try the fabulous 5-star dining of the Jackpot Grill!

I went with my family for dinner the other night at the Jackpot Grill. Although the outside of the building isn't great, the inside environment is cozy and the food is great. Service was also great!
