I had an absolutely horrible experience staying at Camp Tamarack. Upon planning a surprise birthday party for me, my parents travelled from out of town, to GP to visit us, and stayed there. If you have dogs - don't camp there you'll be evicted! My parents have 2 dogs and we brought our 2 dogs (all of which are very small lap dogs) we were told by the owner that we needed to control our dogs as they were barking too loud. At 300pm in the afternoon??? Our dogs were not left attended, nor were they barking out of control - they were playing amongst each other... We could only cooperate with the owner for so long after being reprimanded 3 more times by 800pm that night, I was told I needed to leave with my 2 dogs. Nice birthday!!! I have never felt so infuriated in all my life - needless to say I didn't get to spend my birthday - or my long weekend with my family. We will NEVER stay there again. ..More Reviews
